The Granite County Attorney prosecutes all criminal matters in Granite County other than those charged into town courts.  The County Attorney works closely with the Granite County Sheriff's Office,  but does not supervise law enforcement.  The Granite County Attorney represents the county government, including various public boards, in civil matters.  The Granite County Attorney does not represent private individuals and entities.  You are welcome to call with questions or concerns.
